Embroidered drawing made with thread on raw black fabric, framed in a circular natural wooden frame, which has an enclosure mechanism to hang the piece by a thread. The back of the frame is covered by a cardboard signed and illustrated by hand. The thread I use is from DMC ( one of the best brands of embroidery thread, if not the best ).
“Sound Waves” is a piece inspired on the flow of the things that surround us. They can be from music, from little sounds, or just energy floating around our bodies. Every sound wave resonates and mix with the others, allowing for a deep connection. Lucia created this artwork with a feeling of internal calm in mind, and the connection she feels towards nature and sounds.
